Cultivate a practice of loving awareness, that serves as a foundation for the rest of the day. This hour of presence, connectedness and love will flow into everything you do the rest of the day. ​
Based on this idea, I started organising Mindful (Monday) Mornings online, so you can join from the comfort of your home, while being guided into a state of loving awareness. I know how hard it can be to keep up with a daily practice, so let's do this together! Note: this can be very transformative, so be warned! ;-)
